Track an Order
Use this page to understand how HERLUXEDIT order tracking works after checkout.
How tracking works
After your order is prepared and handed to the carrier, tracking details are added to your order and sent by email when available. You can also check order information from your HERLUXEDIT account if you created one at checkout.
- Have your order number and checkout email ready.
- Tracking can take time to show movement after a label is created.
- International tracking may update in stages as the parcel moves between carriers.
